Role Objectives

  • Double the sales turnover in 3-4 years period.

  • Increase sales penetration of all product lines across the territory

  • Develop and implement business development/sales strategy and action plans for the region.

  • Penetrating to lower tier OEM accounts.

  • Management of assigned OEM Accounts in the region.  

  • Increase or promote the Avire in the Region.

  • Give high levels of customer support & service in-line with the customer service charter

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Min. College degree prefer in International Economy and Trade
  • English in speaking, listening and writing. (CET-4 min.)

  • Fluent in Mandarin

  • Sales rep. at least for 3 years, ideally have experience in comsumer electronic products.

  • Min age less than 30.

  • Driver licence prefer

  • Availalbe for full time work

  • Promotable and ambition

                    

Position Responsibilities

  • Sales / Business Development responsibilities / activities to include:
  • Achieve annual sales budget.

  • Maintain & grow existing customer sales.

  • Research responsible market for all company product lines

  • Develop, agree and implement a customer account strategy/action plan with Head of Sales for the region

  • Development & Establish excellent  business relationships with key customer targets

  • Understand in detail the target accounts structure, products, manufacturing locations / capabilities, key decision makers and decision making process

  • Lead product presentations / sales negotiations 

  • Owns & Defines product pricing for the region with Head of Sales and other internal stakeholders

  • Drives & Coordinates product launches across customer base.

  • Lead and drive customer problem resolution; act as a liaison between our customers engineering/production teams to resolve quality / reliability / delivery issues to meet customer expectations

  • Working with marketing team to create customer and competitor profile in the region.
